Washing Instructions:

It isn't necessary for you to wash your mattress before use, but if you would like to, feel free! As the mattress and cover can be cleaned as much as needed, washing before use is completely up to you.

Cover

Unzip the cover and remove it from the mattress core to wash by hand or in a washing machine. If you use a washing machine, make sure you zip the cover closed to avoid snagging the fabric. Use a mild detergent and COLD water. Using hot water may cause the cover to shrink which would make it not fit properly.

Tumble dry on cool settings or hang to air dry.

After washing the cover should go back on the core easily. If the fit has become tight due to shrinkage please contact us immediately for a replacement.

    What to avoid:

Do not use hot water - when washing, use only cold or cool temperature water. Washing with hot water will cause the cover to shrink and not fit properly on your airnest core.

Do not use heat to dry - Please be sure when speeding up the drying process, to only use cool air solutions. DO NOT USE A BLOW DRYER OR HEATING ELEMENT TO DRY AS HEAT MAY CAUSE THE COVER TO SHRINK AND CAN DAMAGE THE CORE.
